1. Subject matter

This document regulates the general conditions of contracting the services offered by Quad Riders Tenerife (El Triángulo GFS S.L.) through its website, in relation to the booking and enjoyment of guided quad biking routes to the Teide National Park.

2. Services

Guided quad biking tours of approximately 3.5 hours are offered, both daytime and sunset. The service includes helmet, jacket, gloves, professional guide, a drink and a sandwich (ham and cheese). The meeting point will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Participant Requirements

To take part in the activity, all participants must comply with the following requirements:

Hold a valid driving licence for Category B vehicles.
Present the original physical driving licence before the start of the activity. Photographs, photocopies, or digital versions of the licence will not be accepted.
Be at least 18 years old to drive a quad bike.
Passengers must be at least 7 years old and have a minimum height of 1.20 metres.
Pay a security deposit of €100 in cash before the start of the excursion. The deposit will be returned at the end of the activity once the vehicle has been inspected and no damage resulting from improper or negligent use has been identified.
Be in suitable physical condition to safely participate in the activity.
Follow all instructions provided by the guide and comply with all safety and traffic regulations during the excursion.

The company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet the above requirements. In such cases, no refund will be issued if the failure to meet the requirements is attributable to the participant.

4. Reservations and payments

Reservations can be made through the website.
Payment must be made before the activity, credit/debit card and PayPal are accepted.
Deposits can also be made by credit card.
Confirmation is sent by email once payment is completed.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Late cancellations are non-refundable.
In case of adverse weather conditions, the company may modify or cancel the tour, offering rescheduling or reimbursement.

6. Responsibility

El Triángulo GFS S.L. cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by negligence or non-compliance with safety regulations by the participant. No additional insurance is included in the tour price.

7. Customer behaviour

Any irresponsible or dangerous behaviour may result in immediate expulsion from the activity with no right to reimbursement. The guide is the authority during the activity.

8. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
